Hobie Cat Mast Caddie, made in Michigan 18 hobie

This hold mast in place on your Hobie Cat ,I think all the parts are there. please look at pictures or ask questions . This came of a Hobie 18. The reason I listed it for parts or not working because i dont know how it  works.
